Reynolds , Anne Marie 12/19/1936 - 3/10/2023 Kalamazoo Age 86, passed away at Bronson Commons on March 10, 2023. She was born in Kalamazoo on December 19, 1936, the daughter of the late Hilred "Jack" and Katherine (Jancasz) Mizeur. Raised catholic, she attended St. Augustine Catholic School. When she was twelve her father Hildreth passed away. Her mother later met and married Henry "Hank" Althuis who became a loving father to Anne and her siblings. Anne was a kind and loving woman who had a great personality and was a joy to know. On September 14, 1957, she marred the love of her life Charles E. Reynolds. Together they made their home in Portage and were always proud of their community. Anne was a hard worker who retired from the Upjohn Company. When not working she enjoyed traveling and took memorable trips to Hawaii, Texas, Mexico and to Northern Michigan. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and was known as "Queen Anne" amongst her peers. Above all, Anne loved her family and was especially proud of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her warm smile, laughter and love will be missed by all who knew her. Anne is survived by her husband Charles; four children, Karan (Roger) Glasser, Sandra Smith, Thomas (Fabiana Brownell) Reynolds and John (Matthew Bitterling) Reynolds; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Vince Mizeur, Joyce Larabee, Evon (Ed) Nuss, Dennis (Nancy) Althuis; many nieces, nephews and friends. She was also preceded in passing by a daughter, Katherine (Don) Baldwin; a sister, Charlotte Mizeur; in-laws, Kathy, Ron and Vernon. A memorial visitation to honor and celebrate Anne's life will be held at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home on Saturday, March 18, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association, c/o the funeral home.
