Alma Goff

Alma "Jennette" Goff, age 73, died May 31, 2019 at Park Place Assisted Living Center. She was born August 20, 1945, in Truman, Arkansas, to Elmer and Birdie Holmes. For over 20 years, Jennette operated Net's Daycare. She was a longtime member of Oakland Drive Christian Church. Jennette spent the last years of her life at Park Place Assisted Living Center. Her family is grateful for the love and care she received from the staff at Park Place while it was her home. Jennette was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John Goff, her step-daughters Ginger Goff and Pam Dykehouse. She is survived by her children: Tammy Johnson, Frankie Wilson, and Patricia "Penni" (Tim) Moran; her step-daughter Debbie Goff; her 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; her brothers and sisters: Shirley, Jerry, and William Holmes and Linda Burnette (Holmes); and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Thursday, June 6th at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services, 3926 S 9th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. Services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, June 7th at the funeral home, with Pastor Jordan Kellicut officiating. Graveside services will follow at Mount Ever-Rest Memorial Park, North. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial be directed to Park Place Assisted Living Center.
