Alida "Jane" Olk

Alida J. "Jane" Olk, aged 85, of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully Monday, May 28, 2007 at Heartland Health Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard, and her grandson, David Greenfield. Surviving are her children, Jon A. (Michele) Potter of Kentwood, Judi A. (Michael) Biermacher of Middleville, Ellen M. "Lovie" (Don) Jourden of Casnovia, Linda Olk-Greer of Green Valley, AZ, Dr. Charles Olk of Leonard, MI, Geary L. (Chris) Olk of Kent City; 12 grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a very special niece, Nancy Hess. Jane was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved spending time with her family. Her spirit and spunk will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral and committal services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 5th at the Reyers North Valley Chapel with Rev. Duaine Reichelt officiating. Interment in Fairplains Cemetery.
