Alice Laborde

Laborde, Dr. Alice 1/8/1947 - 12/28/2020 Kalamazoo Dr. Alice Laborde passed away on Monday, December 28th at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo, MI at the age of 73. A native of Louisiana, she was born on January 8th, 1947. She received her doctorate in microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin and had a long career at the Upjohn, Pharmacia, and Pfizer companies in Kalamazoo, MI. Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Leona Kelone Laborde and sister, Camilla Laborde. She is survived by her nephew, Guy Milazzo, Jr.; two nieces, Jessica Phillips and Brianna Fisher; and her closest friend, Joyce Cialdella, and Joyce's children, Joe and Chris. Graveside services will be held at a later date at Our Lady of Lourdes Mausoleum in Fifth Ward, LA.
