Albert Edward Holthof

Holthof, Albert Albert Edward Holthof, 87 after many years of declining health, was called home to his Savior, Jesus Christ, on November 24, 2014. Albert served his country honorably during WWII, as a US Navy veteran, stationed in occupied Japan. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Lillian; his children, Pamela Rae Smith, Richard and Kathie Vogelsang, and Dan and Julie Holthof; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and his sister, Esther Pellerito. He was preceded in death by his dear first born grandson, Grant D. Holthof, on November 8, 2014, and brother, Jay Holthof in 1995. He lived a very private life and wished his home going to be the same. Interment will be at Grandville Cemetery.
