Adolph Lubic

Lubic, Adolph Edward "Ed" 3/8/1932 - 4/14/2021 Portage Lubic, Adolph Edward "Ed" age 89 of Portage passed away peacefully on April 14, 2021 at his home with his family by his side. Ed was born on March 8,1932 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Adolph and Mary (Huffendick) Lubic. Prior to his retirement he was employed for many years with Austin Company. He enjoyed antiquing, fishing, mushroom hunting and spending time with his family. On August 28th,1958 Ed married his loving wife Franilyn (Broe), who survives him. He was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Lubic. He is survived by his son, James Lubic (Teresa Kraus) and daughter Barbara Lubic; 5 grandchildren, Seth Lubic, Sophia Lubic, Angela Lubic, Harold Lubic and Alexander Lubic. A graveside service will be held at the Portage South Cemetery on Monday, May 3rd at 11:00 AM. Memorials may be directed to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
