Sharon Leah Hickman

Sharon Leah Hickman, 70, passed away at home on September 25, 2018. She had been under the care of Hospice of Southwestern Michigan after fighting metastatic pancreatic cancer. During her final days, she was surrounded by family and friends. She had a long and rewarding career as a Registered Nurse. She received her Diploma in nursing from Bronson School of Nursing, and went on to obtain her Bachelor's of Science from WMU. She is survived by her daughter, Marcie Dobrindt, son-in-law Ken Dobrindt, son Scott Tuinstra, daughter-in-law Darcy Tuinstra. She also had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she enjoyed spending time with. Sharon chose cremation and no funeral services were planned.
