Mary Ann Immink, age 79, of Zeeland, was called to her eternal home according to the plan of her Lord and Savior on Thursday, July 2, 2015. Born on June 15, 1936 to George and Anna (Wiersma) VanEden, she married Gene Immink in 1954 and raised their family in Hamilton, Michigan. Mary is a member of Haven Reformed Church. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents and sister-in-law, Barbara VanEden. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Gene V Immink; their children: Gary and Pat Immink, Julie Baker; grandchildren: Greg and Ivanka Immink, Josh and Katie Lamer, Eric Immink, Jared Baker, and Joey Baker; great-grandchildren: Easton Lamer and Austin Immink; brothers: Donald and Trudy VanEden, James VanEden; in-laws: Lloyd and Lois Immink, Earl and Marcia Immink; and many loving friends.

A service to honor her life will be held at Haven Reformed Church in Hamilton on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 11:00 am. Pastor Ron VerWys will be officiating. Burial will be in Overisel Cemetery. Visitation is Monday, July 6 from 5 – 8 pm at Haven Reformed Church.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Cambridge Manor for their kind and compassionate care.
