Mrs. Cornelia L. "Connie" Dornbos, age 82, was called home by her Savior Saturday, May 14, 2005.She was born in Muskegon, MI on July 13, 1922 to Albertus & Mable Pauline Vanderlaan Jansen & married Peter B. Dornbos Jr. on June 27, 1947 in Muskegon, MI. Mrs. Dornbos had been employed as a Nurses Aid at Hackley Hospital for 25 years until retiring in 1985. She actively worked for Central Reformed Church in which she was a life long member.

son, Paul Carol Dornbos of Grand Rapids, MI; daughter, Barbara David Klug of Norton Shores, MI; 5 grandchildren, Bryan Vicki Dornbos of WA, Bradley Dornbos of Grand Rapids, MI, Beth Brad Hamlin of Canton, MI, Christin Klug of Twin Lake, MI & Leah Brad Feenstra of Spring Lake, MI; 5 great grandchildren, Zachary, Anna, Brett, Cammi & Morgan; brother-in-law, Harold Seewald of Muskegon; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter B. Jr. in 1970; 1 son, Peter Dornbos & by a brother, Clarence Jansen.

SERVICE

Wednesday, May 18, 2005, 11:00 AM at Clock Chapel with Rev. Tim VanderHaar officiating. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery.

VISITATION

Tuesday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM & one hour prior to the service at Clock Funeral Home. MEMORIAL: West Shore Lutheran School.
