Mr. Ron E. ''Gypsy'' Chambers, age 62, died Thursday, April 15, 2004. He was born in Detroit, MI on March 31, 1942 to William ''Red''& Victoria Youmans Chambers & married the former Noreen Brice on November 1, 1996 in Pikes Pike, CO. Mr. Chambers had been employed as a Truck Driver at D&B Transport and prior to that was a Fruitport Barber. He was a longtime drummer & singer for Band of Outlaws & also played bass guitar for, Bob Duncan & the String Alongs.

SURVIVORS

Wife, Noreen; 1 son, Ronn Johnson of Pierson, MI; 1 daughter, Robin Dave Girven of Bear Lake, MI; 6 grandchildren, Jeremy, Joshua, Jesse, Markus, Jatin & Seth; Parents, Bill ''Red'' & Vickie Chambers of Bear Lake, MI formerly of Fruitport; 2 sisters, Carole Jim DeWeerdt of Nunica, MI & Vicki Bill Girven of Bear Lake, MI; In-laws, Robert & Madeline Blocker of Paw Paw, MI; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Joe in 1998.
