Mrs. Monda L. Hegedus, age 89, died Thursday, January 1, 2004. She was born on February 17, 1914 in Muskegon to Peter and Amonda Allard Meyers. She married Frank Hegedus on April 21, 1934 and he preceded her in death in 1983. She was a communicant of St. Jean's Catholic Church and had been active in the St. Ann's Society.

SURVIVORS

1 son, Dr. James Julie Hegedus of Whitehall, MI, 1 daughter, Rosemary Larry Wurm of Grand Haven,MI, 9 grandchildren, 14 greatgrandchildren, a twin sister Wanda Gundersen of Muskegon, and a brother, Walter Evelyn Meyers of Muskegon. In addition to her husband, Frank, she is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Melvin and James Meyers and 2 sisters, Elaine Gill and Mary Alice Verardo.

SERVICE

Saturday, January 3, 2004, the time and place to be announced in the Saturday edition. Interment will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Muskegon.

VISITATION

Friday, January 2, 2004, 7-9 p.m. at the Clock Funeral Home, Muskegon with a rosary being recited at 8 p.m. MEMORIAL: DeBoer Nursing Home.
