Mr. Theodore ''Ted'' W. Pyatt, age 73, died Friday, August 29, 2003 at Hackley Hospital. He was born in Muskegon, MI on June 18, 1930 to Neil & Kathryn Bonema & married the former Patty Syers on June 30, 1950 in Holton. Mr. Pyatt had been employed as a Plant Engineer at Westran until retiring in 1985. He was a member of Holton United Methodist Church, was an avid moose hunter, outdoorsman & gifted woodworker.

Wife, Patty; 2 sons, Ted Betty Pyatt, Jr. of Twin Lake, MI & Tom Pyatt of Charleston, SC; 1 daughter, Shelley Terry Shanafelt of Holland, MI; 1 sister, Shirley Hiner of Seattle, WA; his mother, Kathryn Pyatt of Seattle, WA; 7 grandchildren, Todd, Tom, Jaime, Susan, Lorne, Chris & Jake; 2 great-grandchildren, Trent & Braydon. Mr. Pyatt was preceded in death by his father, Neil Pyatt & by a sister, Margaret Johnson.

SERVICE

Wednesday, September 3, 2003, 11:00 AM at Holton United Methodist Church with Pastor Ken Bremer officiating. Interment at Twin Lake Cemetery.

VISITATION

Tuesday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Clock Funeral Home. MEMORIAL: Holton United Methodist Church Building Fund.
