William Richard "Dick" Rafferty, of Schoolcraft passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the age of 86. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 11am at the First Presbyterian Church of Schoolcraft, 224 East Cass.
