Willard P. Olivier, age 85 of Vicksburg, passed away on November 25, 2015 at Brookdale of Delta. Willard was born on December 17, 1929 to Albert & Nellie (Goemaat) Olivier. Visit with his family and friends Sunday, November 29 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Life Story Funeral Home, Vicksburg; 409 S. Main St. (269 649-1697). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 30 at 10:00 a.m. at the same location. Willard’s family includes his wife of 62 years, Mary Jayne; his sister Mattie Bogaards; his children: Gay (Kevin) Olivier-Lilley, Wade (Karen) Olivier, Lila Olivier Dunn; grandchildren: David Lilley, Warren Olivier, Grace Olivier, Andrew Dunn, Jonathan Lilley; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother and 5 sisters. Willard served his country proudly in the Army. He was a long time member of the Church of the Nazarene where he participated in many mission trips. He loved to fish and travel. He was a pattern maker, castings, at American Seating Company.
