Wesley Bigelow

Bigelow, Mr. Wesley A. Portage, MI Died Saturday evening March 2, 2019. Wesley was born July 29, 1922 in Kalamazoo, Michigan a son of Frank and Bernice (West) Bigelow. During WWII, he served with the U.S. Army. Wesley had been a lifelong Kalamazoo and Portage area resident and was employed with the Upjohn Company for 29 years, retiring in 1986. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Paul Bigelow in 1972; and a sister, Mabel Deane in 1973. On July 16, 1954, he was united in marriage to Elda M. (Gildea) Bigelow who survives. Also surviving, a son, Dee (Luann) Bigelow of Texas Corners and Dawn Fluty of Battle Creek; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and a nephew. Private graveside services will be held in Mt.
