Veryl was long time owner of Galesburg Heating and Cooling. He was well respected in the local business community and took pride in his work. Veryl and wife Mae have lived in Tuscon Az. the past 11 years where they participated in local community activities. Veryl enjoyed helping friends and neighbors with work they were unable to do themselves. Family, especially his wife Mae and friends were always top priority with Veryl. He will be missed by all. Veryl was preceded in death his sons, Mike and Roger. He is survived by his wife Mae (Eastman), daughter Melba Barker, brother Ellis, 5 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren and a loving community of Arizona friends. Grave side services for close friends and family will be held Aug. 5th, 11 a.m. at Mt. Ever Rest Memorial Park on S. Westnedge Ave.
