Timothy J. Lauerman

Timothy Jon Lauerman, age 61, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Lawlis Hospice in Mequon following a courageous battle with cancer. Tim was born in Racine, September 7, 1957, son of the late Edward and Evelyn (Nee: Nelson) Lauerman.

Tim graduated from Wm Horlick High School. He had a love for animals especially horses and had worked as a farrier and roofer for many years. He was an avid pool player and had played on the Northside Pool League/ Racine Amusements for a number of years. He will be dearly missed.

Surviving are his daughter, Abbigail “Abby” Lauerman; stepchildren, Melissa McCabe, Joshua Guerra, Kyle Sanders, Justin Sanders; grandchildren, Angelina Petersen and Kyle Miller; Kristine Compton the mother of Abby, Justin, and Kyle; brothers, Marc Lauerman, Todd Lauerman; special friends, Jeff Schuett, Chad Petersen, and Brett Sanders; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his partner and Melissa and Joshua’s mother, Sandi Hazelton.

Relatives and friends may meet at the funeral home Saturday, April 27, 2019, 1-3 pm to share memories of Tim. A fundraiser will follow at 4 pm at Rogers Place, 1843 N. Wisconsin Street. Memorials to Abby have been suggested.
