It is with great sadness that the family of Thomas Edward Moser announce his sudden passing as a result of a car accident on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at the age of 76. A native of Kalamazoo, MI, Tom attended Barbour Hall Military School, St. Augustine's Catholic High School, and graduated from Portage Central High School. He worked in the recreational vehicle industry for over 40 years as a general manager, retiring from Curtis Trailer Center, in Schoolcraft, MI. He was an avid lover of nature, a camper and hiker in the Propane Pioneers and Sunshine Campers camping clubs, and a gardener extraordinaire especially of roses. When Tom retired, he and Arlene traveled in their camper visiting friends and family across the country and making life-long friends everywhere along the way. He was known as a kind-hearted and loving man who had a deep faith and was very involved in his church, St. Joseph in Kalamazoo, MI and St. James in Coolidge, AZ. Tom will be lovingly remembered by is wife of 53 years, Arlene and his children, Monica (Steven Trosin) and Andrew (Carolyn Matteson). Tom will be fondly remembered by his four grandchildren, Danielle and Emily Simmons and Dustin and Savannah Anderson, by his siblings, Cathy Larson, Robert (Rosemary), David (Sally), Ann Stevens, and Rita Moser. Tom was predeceased by his parents Bernard Joseph and Florence Marie (O'Neill) Moser, son Steve Bernard Moser and his feline son Pablo. Tom will also be forever remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and dear friends. Per his wishes, Tom has been cremated and a celebration of his life will be announced at a later date. For those who so desire to make a memorial contribution to honor Tom, please consider St. James Catholic Church, 401 West Wilson Avenue, Coolidge, AZ 85128. Everyone who knew Tom will tell you that he was always prepared to host a gathering around a campfire, quick to tell a joke, always happy to help anyone in need, and purposefully made each and every person feel comfortable and loved.
