Thomas Best

Age 50, passed away January 19, 2018 in Kalamazoo with family and friends by his side. Thomas was born May 12, 1967 in Royal Oak, MI. He was preceded in death by his twin and partner in crime Timothy Best. He leaves behind parents Sharon and Gary Spears and Earnie and Jung Best; siblings Heidi Best, Jodi Best, Sara (Mike) Hough; nieces Bridgett and Jaidin Smith and many other loved ones. Tom was dearly loved by those who knew him. We are forever grateful that he taught us about love, acceptance and not taking the little things for granted. Tommy was a devoted Star Wars lover, and an avid Detroit Lions and Chicago Cubs fan. He had a big heart and even a bigger smile. Cremation will take place and a celebration of Tom's life will be held at Kalamazoo Community Church (2435 N. 26th St.) The family will announce date and time via social media.
