Theodore Cole

Michael passed away unexpectedly September 14th, 2017 from injuries sustained in a roadside accident. He was born June 3rd, 1983 in Kalamazoo, the son of Theodore Michael Cline and Katherine Elizabeth Cole. In 2002 Michael graduated from Vicksburg High school, he then went on to obtain several licenses to be an automotive mechanic. Michael was a car enthusiast and truly enjoyed helping others. On September 24th, 2017 Michael married his high school sweetheart Jody L. Ballett. The couple happily spent half of their lives together. They enjoyed spontaneous traveling, exploring nature, and going on motorcycle rides together. Michael will be sincerely missed by his friends and family. His generous nature and selfless attitude are ones that can never be replaced. He will live on forever in our hearts. Surviving are his wife of 12 years: Jody Cole; father and step-mother: Theodore and Veralyn Cline; four sisters: Alicia Cline, Celina Cole, Amanda Cline and Ashley Cline; brother-in-law: Christopher Ballett; nieces: Adalynn Cole, Karissa Cline and Hailey Powell; cousins: Damien Cole, Dakota Cole and Constance Cole-Cook. Preceding him in death were his mother: Katherine Elizabeth Cole-Drobney; uncle: Ed Cole and aunt: Karen Cole. Visitation will be from 12-1 PM on Monday, Sept. 18, at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Comstock Chapel, 6121 King Hwy, where a funeral service to celebrate Michael's life will begin at 1:00 PM. Pastor Dori Beltz will officiate. Interment will follow in Comstock Cemetery. Luncheon to follow at Nikko's Landing. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
