Died in Bethesda, Maryland, age 84. Born in Kalamazoo, attended Central High School, Kalamazoo College and University of Michigan. Member of Second Reformed Church. Employed by IBM in Detroit, married in 1962 to Howland Auchincloss Fowler; active in church, educational and social organizations in Washington, D.C. Survivors include two daughters, Joanna Fowler Jonsson and Amy Fowler Kinch, and five grandchildren. Burial Monday, July 31 at 2 pm at Riverside Cemetery.
