Ruth Schulz

Schulz, Ruth Jeanette was born in Bangor, Michigan, October 9, 1932 and passed away on Sunday January 10, 2021 in Tucson, Arizona surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband Donald Schulz; 3 daughters: Raeann Burdette (Kurt), Cindy Williams (John) and Laura Shinske (Tom); sister Rose (Bodnar) Segalo of MI; sister-in-law Marilyn Brown (Tom) of NY; Six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Ruth was preceded in death by her step brother Michael Wood; grandson Kyle Shinske; son-in-law Kurt Burdette and her brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Gordon and Andrea Schulz. Ruth was married to Donald Schulz for 70 years and resided in Allegan, MI. She later moved to South Haven, MI and spent the last years of her life in Tucson, AZ. Don and Ruth co-owned and owned businesses in both Allegan and South Haven, MI. Ruth was active in Brownies and volunteering. Her creative side loved art projects, gardening and travel. Ruth cared deeply for her family and will be remembered as welcoming them with open arms, smiles and making them feel they were loved.
