Rosemary Zalewski

Rosemary Zalewski passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at Ascension All Saints Hospital following a brief illness. She was born in Sterling, IL, October 5, 1920, daughter of the late William and Margaret (Nee: Woods) Conlon. Rosemary graduated from Community (Newman) High School, Sterling, Il.

On June 22, 1946, she was united in marriage to Louis J. Zalewski who preceded her in death in 2001. Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Marylou and Joseph Majowski; grandchildren, Ellen and Kevin; sisters, Joan Edelman of Park Ridge, IL and Joy (Roman) Gales of Glenview, IL; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sisters, Rose Norbert, Jean (Harold) Quinn, Dorothy (Chester) Bryan, and brother-in-laws, Melvin Edelman, Harold Quinn, and Chester Bryan.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Monica’s Chapel, 3920 N. Green Bay Rd, Saturday, April 14, 2018, 10:30 A.M. Relatives and friends may meet prior to the Mass from 9:30 A.M. - 10:30 A.M. Memorials have been suggested for St. Monica’s Senior Living, 3920, North Green Bay Rd., Racine, WI, 53404.
