Ronald Gibbs

Ronald L. Gibbs, age 64, passed away April 13, 2018, at his home. Ron was born, July 27, 1953 in Kokomo, Indiana, the son of Jack and Diane (Belt) Gibbs. A 1971 graduate of Loy Norrix High School, Ron was marketing manager for Delton Locomotive Works. He enjoyed fishing, drag racing at Martin, breaking horses, his mini farm, wood working, and landscaping. On January 30, 1993, he married Jean Ann (Cichy) who survives. Ron is also survived by his mother: Diane Gibbs, sons: Joe (Jeanette Auckerman) Gibbs, Tom Gibbs, Luke Gibbs and fiancée Kaitlyn Addison, daughters: Margaret (Sean Richardson) Fox, Sadie Gibbs and fiancé Anthony Dallavalle, a step daughter: Michele (Andrew Buckley) Faber, brothers: Robert Gibbs, Patrick (Donna) Kelley, Michael “Tony” (Tammy) Gibbs, and Stephen (Erika) Gibbs, sisters: Colleen Scuiletti and Ann Gibbs, eight grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Ron was preceded in death by his father. Ron’s family will receive friends, Thursday, April 19, 2018, 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Williams-Gores Funeral Home, Delton where his funeral service will be conducted, Friday, April 20, 2018, 11:00 AM, Pastor Herb Curry, officiating.
