Robert C. Haisma

Robert C. Haisma, aged 78, of Marne, MI, went to be with his Lord and Savior, on Saturday, August 27, 2016, with his family and pastor at his side. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Ellen Strauser, Arlene Jost, and his brother, Jake Haisma. Bob is survived by his wife of 57 years, Karen Haisma; his children, Kim (Dave) Scott, Robert S. (Shelly) Haisma, Gary L. (Justin) Haisma, Judy (Dave) Jackson; his grandchildren, Heather (J.D.) VanderWal, Alisha (Chris) Slotman, Adam Robert Scott, Kelsey Haisma, Jeremy Haisma, Warner Jackson, Blake Jackson; four great grandchildren; his sister Karen (Wayne) Balder, brother-in-law, Joe Jost; and sister-in-law, Verlee Haisma. A special thank you to Amanda and Troy of Spectrum Hospice for the loving care given to Bob and his family. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, September 1, at Marne United Methodist Church, 14861 Washington St., Marne MI, with visitation from 3:00 – 5:00 PM prior to the memorial service at 5:00 PM.
