Robert Bonarski

Robert (Bob) William Bonarski, age 77 of Kalamazoo Michigan, passed away Monday January 28th, 2019. Bob was born in Chicago, IL. In his early years, Bob's family relocated to Paw Paw, MI, where he lived most of his life. While in school Bob played varsity football and was very interested in drawing and art. Bob retired from the Paw Paw Wine Distributors. Throughout life he had a passion for music of all varieties; he was well known for planning, playing his Polka Cello at, and attending Polka parties. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Emily Bonarski, brother Richard Bonarski, first wife Verna (Tokarchick) Bonarski and second wife Carol (Heacock) Bonarski. He is survived by daughters Robin Reeves, Regina (Mark) Monk; his sister-in-law Janet Bonarski; his sisters Barbara Zach, Rosie (Cecil) Blackburn, Carol (Mickey) Blackburn, Jacqueline Groenland and Patricia Carpenter; as well as, many nephews and nieces. A Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date.
