Rev. Isaac E. Verhage

Went to his eternal rest October 26th, 2018 after a long illness. He was born June 24th, 1941 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to Donald and Martha (Triestram) VerHage. He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Valda; his children, Mark (Denise) VerHage, Wendy (Tim) Morris, Michael VerHage; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Donald (Carol) VerHage and Duane (Carolyn) VerHage; many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. Isaac was a 1959 graduate of Otsego High School and later graduated from Reformed Bible College. He was a pastor for many years in churches in Michigan, Nova Scotia, and California. He also served as Hospital Administrator in Fresno, California. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Lawrence VerHage and Jim Watson; and his daughter, Renee VerHage. Services will be held on November 1, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Heritage Christian Reformed Church, 2857 S 11th St with Pastor Simon officiating.
