Passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2019 at Ascension Borgess Hospital. Peter was born October 28, 1953 in Belmar, New Jersey the son of Victor and Faith (Payne) Tooze. He was a man of strong faith and was called a "Prayer Warrior" by his family for his constant thoughts and prayers. Peter is Survived by a brother, Gregory (Laurie) Bastien; five nieces and nephews, Conner Bastien, Samantha Bastien, Victor Bastien, Joselyn Bastien and, Faith Bastien and many Friends. Friends and family will be received Sunday, October 13, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 am at St. Monica Catholic Church Monday, October 14, 2019. Memorial Contributions can be made to St. Monica Catholic Church or The American Diabetes Association.
