Nancy McCaslin

Passed away Friday, May 12, 2017 at the age of 64. Nancy was born October 17, 1952 in Battle Creek, MI to the late Lawrence and Monica (Kuraszewski) Herman. Nancy was united in marriage to Michael McCaslin on December 18, 1971, who preceded her in death in 2004. Nancy is survived by her daughters, Nicole (Sara) Jacobs, Kelli (Jason) Dudda and Andrea McCaslin; grandchildren, Chloe (Ryan) Turner, Kate and Tabor Jacobs and Chandler Shoe; great grandchildren, Brantley and Sloane; siblings, Patricia (Pat) Patterson, Tom (Alta) Herman and Paul (Kathy) Herman; mother-in-law, Geraldine McCaslin; in-laws, Jim Doornhaag, Patrick (Kathy) McCaslin and Karen (Jim) VanLoo; and many nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Michael; infant daughter, Michele Lee McCaslin; and sisters, Peggy Doornhaag and Barbara Herman. The family will greet friends on Monday, May 15th from 6-8pm at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St., where a memorial service will take place on Tuesday, May 16th at 10:00am.
