43, of Pottsville, PA, formerly of Elizabethtown and Vicksburg, MI, passed away on Thursday morning, May 25, 2017 at Hershey Medical Center following injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born in Kalamazoo, MI, she was the daughter of Janis K. Howard Greer Doxtater of McFarland, WI and the late Thomas Allen Greer. She was the wife of Terrence L. Koudelka, Jr., for 18 years on October 10. United States Air Force Senior Airman Michelle Koudelka served her country as a Security Forces Specialist during Operation Desert Storm. As a civilian, she was employed as a commercial insurance agent by Hornafius Insurance Agency and as a receptionist and account assistant by White, Rudy & Company, both in Elizabethtown. More recently, she was employed as a retail clerk by Michael's in Pottsville. Mikki loved animals and volunteered her time with animal shelters and dog rescues. In addition to gardening, fishing, and home decorating, she enjoyed spending time in the sun at the shore and fashion. She was also known to be a great cook. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Kristofer T. Koudelka of Elizabethtown; and a sister, Karen G., wife of Dr. Aaron T. Schwaab, of McFarland, WI and their daughters, Natalie and Julia; paternal grandmother, Faith Greer of Delton, MI; and mother-in-law, Lourdes Koudelka of Hinckley, OH. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Thursday morning, June 1, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Peter Catholic Church, 904 Mill Road, Elizabethtown, PA with Very Reverend Steven W. Fauser, VF as celebrant. A graveside service will be held in Hickory Corners, MI at a later date. There will be no viewing. The family will receive guests at the church on Thursday morning from 9:30 AM until the time of the service. Please omit flowers.
