Melanie Ripley

Melanie K. Ripley, age 76, of Allegan passed away on December 7, 2016 at her home. She was born on August 21, 1940 to Russell & Edna (Briggs) Lewis. Following her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial celebration is being planned for the spring. Melanie’s family includes her husband of 27 years, Dave; her children: Cindy (Keith) Middlebush, Melinda (Jeff) King, Jesse (Brenda) Riva; her brothers: Alpha Lewis and Bill Lewis; her mother-in-law Gladys Ripley and many grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: Johnny Lewis and Gladeon Lewis. Melanie was a nurses aid at the Allegan County Medical Care Facility.
