Mary Patten

Mary Catherine Patten, age 83, was called to her heavenly home on Saturday, May 27, 2017. Mary was born on December 14, 1933 and raised by Helen and Floyd Fradenburgh. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Patten, grandson Aidan Patten and son-in-law Dale Parks. Mary is survived by her children, David (Kim) Patten, Anne (Mike) Jackson, Timothy (Julie) Patten, Thomas (Yvonne) Patten, and Amy Parks, eight grandchildren, David Patten II, Dustin Patten , Conner Patten, Hannah Kessner, Celeste and Kyle Lyke, and London Parks; one great grandchild, McGuire Patten and one sister Nancy (Mike) Hargie. Mary attended Texas Corners Bible Church, she was a former member of Oakwood Bible Church in Kalamazoo and Pleasant View Bible Church in Warsaw Indiana. Mary enjoyed sports, particularly baseball; she enjoyed supporting her grandchildren at sporting events. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed bowling. Friends are invited to meet the family for a time of food and fellowship on Friday, June 2, 2017 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 502 West Michigan Ave, Paw Paw where a memorial service will commence at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery, Mattawan, MI. Memorial contributions may be directed to Lakeland Child Evangelism, Warsaw, IN, or to the Alzheimer's Association .
