Mary Lou Moberg

Went to be with the Lord Easter morning April 1, 2018. Mary was born April 24, 1930 in Kalamazoo, Michigan a daughter of Charles and Doris (Benson) Cooper. She had been a lifelong Kalamazoo resident and was a member of Lighthouse Community Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard A. Moberg on June 3, 2006; and a sister, Carol Barber. She is survived by 3 children, Richard (Dianne) Moberg of Lake Hopatcong, NJ, Kathryn Laws of Kalamazoo, and Christine (Tom) McNett of Kalamazoo; 9 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Services will be 11 o'clock Saturday at the Lighthouse Community Church, 4321 S. 11th St. Friends may meet the family 4-7pm Friday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St. and also one hour prior to the service at the church. Inurnment will be in Genesee Prairie Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Lighthouse Community Church or Kalamazoo Loaves and Fishes.
