Martha ‘Lorraine’ Arado (nee Corkill), 93, of Bradley, passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at Bradley Royale Health Care Center. She was born February 11, 1919 in Kempton, IL to William and Martha (Tissue) Corkill. Martha was married to the late Harold Arado for over 35 years. Martha worked as a beautician in Chicago for several years. She was a member of the Methodist Church and in her free time enjoyed solving puzzles. Martha was a Cubs fan and enjoyed watching the games; she was also a fan of big band music.
She is survived by two special caregivers; Shirley Landis of Herscher, IL and Bill (Mary) Corkill of Bradley, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Harold, her parents, her 8 brothers and her 3 sisters.
