Marjorie Gage

Marjorie Gage (Wallace), age 95, of Portage, MI passed away April 26, 2017 at Brookdale Memory Care in Portage, MI. She was born in Ft. Wayne, IN. She belonged to Sunset Ridge Country Club, Glenview, IL, where her name adorns the walls for being the number one female golfer for many years. Golf was her true passion. She enjoyed euchre, cribbage and bridge with her friends. She lived a wonderful life. She is preceded in death by her first husband Jack Herzberg, her second husband James Gage, her son Jack Herzberg and daughter Victoria Rathjen. Marjorie is survived by her son, Tony and his wife, Linda Herzberg. Granddaughters Melisa Matthews (Chris), Jennifer Kime (Chad), Kirsten Mowchan (Mike). Great grandchildren Colin, Allyson, Haley, Alexander and James. She will be missed by many. For those who knew her, it was a privilege and an honor to have shared her life.
