Margaret Wells

Margaret passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at her daughter's home in Richmond, Indiana. She was born February 6, 1932 in Defiance, Ohio, the daughter of James and Ella (Gallent) Bailey. For many years Margaret had been a nurse's aide at Stanford Lodge in Plainwell. In her spare time she enjoyed knitting and quilting. On May 27, 1951 in Plainwell she married Dale Wells who passed away in 2013. Surviving are her children, Harry Wells of Delton, Rick (Marcia) Wells of Plainwell, Christine Branch of Ohio, Linda (Steve) Earl of Indiana, Connie Stanley of Indiana and Deborah Wells of Indiana; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons, Dale, Gordon and Thomas; grandson, Skyler Branch and many siblings. Friends may visit with Margaret's family starting at 11:00 A.M., Monday, May 7, 2018 at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego, until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 P.M.
