Margaret Boysen passed away October 29, 2017 at the age of 89. Margaret was born in Kalamazoo, MI on February 24, 1928, the daughter of the late Rubin and Doris (Griffith) Sprik.
Margaret was employed for 40 years by Surgical Associates of Kalamazoo, Michigan. After retirement she was active in the paper makers guild of Kalamazoo, enjoyed traveling and sailing and her many grandchildren.
On March 8, 1947 she married her high school sweetheart, Harold M. Boysen. She is survived by her husband of seventy years and her three daughters, Theresa Misner, Deborah Coleman (Al) and Peggy Scaturro (John). Margaret also was blessed with 9 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
A memorial service is planned for December 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church of Plainwell, Michigan. Luncheon to follow.
