Keehbauch, Magdalena "Maggie" Magdalena "Maggie" Ann Keehbauch, 36, of Richland passed away at her home on April 4, 2019. She was born April 26, 1982 in Lansing, Michigan to Launa and Joe Keehbauch. In 1988, her support system grew when Launa married Maggie's loving and caring step-father, Larry Rogers. She was a graduate of Loy Norrix High School and attended the Young Adult Program. Maggie will be remembered for her gentle spirit. She was happy, silly, strong and brave, and was often caught deep in thought. She was her family's earth angelshe impacted the lives and touched the hearts of many people during her life in special ways. Maggie loved to watch videos and TV and listen to music. Some of her favorites were Wheel of Fortune and Family Feud and NSYNC and the Spice Girls. She loved to color and admired the simple things in life. She loved everything pink and princess and loved her pasta. She participated in the Special Olympics and the Challenger Little League. She was a member of the Friendship Group through the Westwood Reformed Church since she was 8-years-old. They taught her all about Christianity. They sang together and held an annual concert at the church. She also attended God's Special People camp for 12 years where she continued to learn and express her love of Jesus and had lots of fun. Maggie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Marcia and Dick Husted and John and Marian Keehbauch; step-grandmothers JoAnn Keehbauch and Esther Rogers; aunts Roxanne Husted and Carol Martin; and uncles Ric Husted, Bob Husted, and Mark Kemp. She leaves behind her mother and step-father, Launa and Larry Rogers; father and step-mother, Joe and Julie Keehbauch; brother, William (Lauren) Rogers and their son, Campbell; uncle Ricky (Natalie) Husted; aunts Nancy Husted, Vicki Kemp, JoAnn Rogers, Janet Hradsky, and Bobby Cook; and special aunt and uncle Wanda and Mike Murphy. She was also cherished by her many cousins who loved her dearly. The family will receive friends and family Tuesday, April 9 from 5-7:00 PM at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S 9th Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 10 at 11:00 AM at The River Church, 517 Walbridge Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49007. Interment will be in Genessee Prairie Cemetery at a later date.
