Surrounded by her loving family, Lucille MacFarland Bohlman, age 87, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at her residence. Lucille was born in Racine, February 2, 1931, daughter of the late Ralph and Marie (Nee: Fischer) MacFarland.

She was a graduate of William Horlick High School “Class of 1949”. On February 17, 1951 she was united in marriage to Marvin E. Bohlman. Lucille started work at age 16 as a candy girl selling concessions at the Venetian Theater, a soda fountain jerk at Homer and Dairy Pharmacy, bookkeeper at American Bank, Massey Ferguson and Western Electric. She was employed at J. I. Case for thirty years, last holding the position of manager in human resources, retiring in 1988. She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, now Journey in Faith. Lucille enjoyed quilting, drawing, crocheting, gardening, and traveling. She spent winters in Fort Myers Florida for 25 years where she enjoyed playing tennis and shelling and the summers camping in Eagle River Wisconsin. Most of all she cherished time spent with her family.

She will be dearly missed by her loving husband of sixty-seven years, Marvin; her children, Patti (Feller) Miller, Laura (Eric) Rinehart; her two grandchildren, Jenilee (Eric) Gasparich, Heather Browand of Katy, TX; her five great-grandchilren, Karder, Chloe, Madison, Reed, Hunter; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Mildred (Stan) Gregory, Ruth (William) Kosterman, Mary Lou (Dean) Winter, Connie Sharp; and grandson, Timothy Rinehart.

Family and friends are invited to meet with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., services to follow with Pastor Don Johnson officiating. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32. Memorials to Journey and Faith Church have been suggested.

The family extends a special thank you to Heartland Hospice, especially Cindy and Cynthia for all of their loving and compassionate care, and the nurses on the 4th floor at Ascension All Saints.
