Linda Douglass

Douglass, Linda 3/21/1949 - 7/7/2021 Kalamazoo Linda Jean (Ruiz) Douglass. 72 years old. Life long resident of Kalamazoo, MI. Passed on the morning of Wednesday July 7th 2021. Born on March 21st 1949. Graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School in 1967. Worked at Parker Hannifin in Otsego, MI for 38 years. Retired and traveled the world. Linda loved spending time with family and friends, especially her granddaughter Jayla. Preceded in death by parents Alta and David Ruiz, brother James Ruiz. Survived by sons Duane and Scott Douglass, Granddaughter Jayla Douglass, and brother Eddie Ruiz. Memorial service will be held at Ramona Park 8600 S. Sprinkle Rd. Portage, MI 49002 at 3pm on Saturday August 14th 2021. It was Linda's wish to donate her remains to science at WMU Homer/Stryker MD School of Medicine in hopes to help others in the future.
