Linda Allen

Linda Mae Allen was the most loving and compassionate person you could ever meet. She lived her life in such a way that you left happier than you came when you saw her. Despite the fact that her own life had many trials and tribulations, she never let those times define her or get her down. Her greatest treasure in life was her family. She became a grandma, for the first time, just a week prior to her passing. Her goal was to make it until she could see her granddaughter and she succeeded. She wouldn’t have had it any other way.

Linda passed away peacefully on December 31, 2015, surrounded by her family. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband Jeffrey Allen; daughters, Erin Allen and Jessie (Jeff) Burnell; granddaughter Felix Burnell; mother, Nancy Zamora; brothers, Jesse (Kate) Zamora, John (Bonnie) Zamora. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and cousins. A memorial service will be held January 23, 2016 from 1:00-5:00, with a short service at 2:00, at the Plainwell Community Center. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan or the West Michigan Cancer Center.
