Kimberly Dickerson

Kimberly Ruth Dickerson (Holman), age 24, passed away suddenly Friday September 29, 2017 at her home in Lakewood, WA. She grew up in the Kalamazoo area, attending Paramount Academy and graduating from Portage Northern in 2011. She joined the US Army in February of 2014 and was actively serving in the military at the time of her death. Her life was short but she lived it to the fullest. During her school years she was an avid volleyball player and she played on several travel teams. She was a passionate, outgoing young woman who loved the Seattle Sea Hawks, Jeeps, animals and especially her son Titan. He was the light of her life and she will live on in his bright sharp mind and his sweet smile and twinkling eyes. She is survived by her husband Isaac Dickerson, her son Titan Gage, mother Melanie Holman, father Chuck Holman, Stepmother Pam Platteborze and her brother Jed Holman along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. She is also survived by a close circle of friends who have been touched by her love and laughter who will miss her and will keep her memory alive. A memorial service will take place at Unity of Kalamazoo, 1204 Whites Rd., Kalamazoo, MI at 10:30 on Saturday October 7th. Luncheon to follow.
