Kenneth Ralph Tange “Skip” passed away peacefully on the morning of January 19, 2018 in Racine, WI at the age of 83. Ken was born August 6, 1934 in Racine, WI to Peter and Edna Tange.

Ken was united in marriage to the love of his life Charlotte May Bliss on June 1, 1953. Ken was a loving husband, father, (great) grandfather, uncle, and friend to many. Ken retired from Twin Disc after many years of service. He loved working with his hands building beautiful pieces from wood and making clocks. He loved to cook and was quite the gourmet chef. Ken loved to do jigsaw puzzles. He was a lifelong Greenbay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, and Wisconsin Badgers fan. Ken and Charlotte moved to Las Vegas after retirement enjoying their time together. Ken loved to travel taking many trips, including long car rides across country. He had a wonderful sense of humor, and could brighten anyone’s day.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, his son Mark, brother Warren and sister Elaine. Ken is survived and will be deeply missed by his sister Lois Jones of Glendale, AZ, children Jeff (Diane) Tange of San Diego, CA, Cathy Tange of Racine, WI, Vicki (Mike) Daye of Crystal, MN, Katrina Tange of Oakland, CA, grandchildren Valerie (Tracy) Hein, Michael (Lisa) Tange, Bunkie Conrad, Christopher Conrad, Nicole (Nathan) Ambrosini, great grandchildren Victoria Moss, Moses Moss, Xavier Hein, Michael and Nicholas Tange, and Skylar Dawson. Ken was also very fond and grateful for his nephew Ted Schlitz for always being there to lend a helping hand and for companionship. Ken is also survived by his loving feline companion C.J.(Colby Jack).
