Jon Farkas

Mr. Jon C. Farkas aged 72, of Grand Rapids, passed away on April 22, 2017. He is survived by his wife Karen, together for 37 years; daughter, Sara (Greg) Werkema and grandson, Sawyer. Also surviving are his brother, Tom (Karen) Farkas; sisters-in-law, Beth (Gary) Evanzo, Becky Beerthuis, Susan (Bob) Joslin and Shawn (Rich) O’Connor; brother-in-law, Tony (Cheri) Beurkens; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Jon was proud of his service as a licensed electrician with Local #105 and enjoyed spending time at the cottage. A Service to celebrate Jon’s life will take place this Spring.
