Age 78, of Battle Creek, died July 23, 2017 at the Wings of Hope Hospice, of Allegan. John owned and operated the Village Barber Shop in Richland, Michigan for over 50 years. John was dedicated to his business and never missed a day of work. John is survived by his sons, Shawn (Christine) Mattingly of Battle Creek, and Shad Mattingly of Springfield, MI, and three nieces and nephews.
