Our brother, Jeff, was born in Denver, CO., on May 2, 1957, to Edward and Agda (Ida) Saylor.

He was a life long trades worker, with some welding background, but worked primarily in construction. Jeff worked for several local construction companies, and owned his own firm for several years, Comet Construction.

He took great pride in his workmanship, and especially liked building large decks. He had built a beautiful deck for our mom, that gave her great pleasure in her last years.

He was an accomplished guitarist, playing both acoustic and electric, with equal ability.

A few years ago, he was sidelined by heart and back issues, and was eventually declared disabled, and unable to work in his field. Between his inability to work, and his health issues, he became a bit of a curmudgeon. We usually just called him "grumpy...," but, with love.

Jeff was preceded in death by our mom and dad, and our little brother, Corey, 7 years ago, whom we still miss. He was also preceded by 2 half brothers, John Hansen and Lyle Saylor, and a half sister, Kay Burt.

Left to remember, and miss him,are his brother, Brian (Liz Timmons), and their son, Branden (Suzie). Also, mourning his loss, is his sister Sharon Fleis, and her son, Austin Groesser.

Cremation has taken place, with no services, planned. A family gathering laughing and remembering, will take place, instead, at a later time. Contributions may be made to his sister, Sharon Fleis to help with expenses.

We will miss, you, Jeff. Go with God, and Rest in Peace. You are now home with Mom, Dad and Corey. Brian and I will miss you, and think on the good old days, with much love and good memories. Please let them all know we love and miss them! Save us a seat at the card table; we just do not plan on using it anywhere in the near future.
