Janice Marie Taylor, cherished and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, friend and godmother.

Janice (Klein) Taylor 75, long time Kalamazoo resident passed away Sunday, July 5, 2020 at her residence in Kalamazoo, MI.

Janice was born May 11, 1945 in Kalamazoo to the late Harold and Mary (Juzwiak) Klein. She was united in marriage to Larry C. Taylor on September 2, 1967 for a loving 50 years together until his death on March 27, 2018.

Family was the most important part of Janice's life. Her greatest joy was her 3 grandsons; Chad, Andrew and Jakob.

Janice's memories live on through her children, Suzanne Taylor, Ryan Taylor and Randy Taylor (Becky).

She also leaves behind her siblings, Alberta (Lee) Klein, Marcia (Ray) Pszczolkowski, David (Julie) Klein; and many loved nieces, nephews, cousins and godchildren. Jan was preceded in death by a brother, Harry Klein and her twin sister Joyce Klein.

Janice spent her childhood and teenage years making fun filled memories with her twin sister, Joyce Klein. For many years she worked at Gibson Guitar in Kalamazoo until she left to become a full-time mother. She was a gifted writer and always had a love for reading, writing, crosswords, games and puzzles.

Her life was a living example of one of her favorite bible verses, Ephesians 4:32 - "And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ."

Janice was a humble yet vibrant individual who loved spending quality time with family and friends. She was quick to offer her love, support, and advice when those she treasured needed it. Janice will always be remembered for her witty responses and facial expressions that needed no words.

Due to Clovis-19 current restrictions, social distancing and face masks are required for private visitation (limited to 10 people at time) to be held at Langland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St., on Tuesday, July 21, 2020. Public Graveside Services will be held at 1:00pm Wednesday, July 22 at Mount Ever-Rest Memorial Park South.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Janice's name may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
