Jacqueline Ann Bernard, 87 of Lake Ann, Michigan died Saturday, February 27, 2016.
Jackie was born May 2, 1928 in Akron, Ohio to John and Ruth (Capehart) Baker, who are deceased.
She graduated from Columbus, Ohio South High School in 1946. She was an associate of F & R Lazarus Department Store.
Jackie married Don Bernard on June 10, 1950. She is survived by her husband; children, Don Jr. (Deborah) Bernard, Jill Martz, Doug (Donna) Bernard and Mandy (Stacey) Cruce; eight grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; siblings, Ed (Shirley) Baker, Marilyn (Jim) Cordle, Janet Hagerman, Cheryl (Nino) Cervi, Donna (Bob) Sabo, Candyce Mathew; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by an infant daughter, Gail Marie; two sisters; and a brother.
