Harry Hayes

Harry “Butch” Hayes, age 77, of Kalamazoo went to be with the Lord on December 12, 2016. Harry was born on June 26, 1939 to Harry & Frances (Smith) Hayes. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 19 at 11:00 at Mount Ever Rest Memorial Park in the Chapel. Harry’s family includes his sister Diane Timmerman; his nephew Chad (Leslie) Timmerman and his great nieces Lily and Elli. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Joanne. Harry lived at Hoard Manor and then moved to the ROI Meadowcroft House. The family would like to give a special thanks to all the staff for their exceptional care. Harry’s favorite food was hamburgers and french fries. He enjoyed fishing and anything to do with police and firemen.
