Life Story / Obituary
Boer, Gregory 7/19/1981 - 2/14/2017 Scotts, MI Gregory B. Boer passed away February 14, 2017 at home at the age of 35 in Scotts, MI. Gregory B. Boer was born July 19, 1981 to Sharon (Shari) and Gys (Greg) Boer. He is survived by his children, Lily and Gregory Jayson, his parents, his brothers Chad (Natalie) Curt, and Troy (Crysta) Boer. Greg was employed at M&M Motor Mall, just after graduating from Comstock High School, then worked at Morris Rose for about 15 years, and at Pfizer for just over a year. He was a great mechanic, and loved to work and play with anything mechanical or motorized. Greg was a loving, dedicated father, a hard working, compassionate man who helped everyone who needed him. A good friend, good neighbor and a good son. He was a single dad for 15 years, raising Lily on his own. He played a large part in helping her to become the confident, capable young woman she is today. Greg spent as much time as he could with his children. His family came first to him. He was very proud of both his children, and loved them with all his heart. Please come and celebrate the life of Gregory Boer and say goodbye to a beloved father, brother, son, and Friend.
